Exporting Logs
If you're experiencing issues with FiscoBridge SDC, you can export diagnostic logs and send them to the support team for analysis. Logs can be saved to a USB drive or any folder on your computer.
How to Export Logs
Open FiscoBridge SDC
Open the log export dialog — click the Export Logs option from the menu

Choose where to save the logs:
Select a USB drive if you want to transfer them to another device
Or choose any folder on your computer
Click Export
Wait for the export to complete — a confirmation message appears when done
What Gets Exported
The exported log package includes:
Application event logs
Communication logs (connections to TaxCore.API and POS systems)
Error and warning records
System status history
Note: Logs do not contain your smart card PIN or private keys. They are safe to share with the support team.
Sending Logs to Support
After exporting:
If you saved to a USB drive, connect it to a device with internet access
Email the exported log files to contact@fiscobridge.com
Include a brief description of the issue you're experiencing
Mention your TIN and UID (visible on the Status tab) so the team can identify your device
Tip: Export logs as soon as you notice an issue. Older logs may be automatically cleaned up over time, so exporting promptly ensures the relevant data is captured.
