Connecting Zoho Books

Zoho Books integration syncs your invoices from Zoho to FiscoBridge for automatic fiscal signing and reporting.

Setting Up the Connection

1. Go to Integrations → Integrations in the sidebar

2. Click Create Integration

3. On the New Integration page, select the Zoho Books card

4. A configuration dialog will open

5. Enter the required connection details for your Zoho Books account

6. Click Save to create the integration

Once configured, the Zoho Books integration appears in your integrations list with status Active.

How It Works

• Invoices in your Zoho Books account are synced to FiscoBridge

• Each invoice is automatically signed with your fiscal certificate and reported to the tax authority

• Sync happens automatically — no manual export or import needed

Reconfiguring

If you need to update your Zoho connection settings:

1. Go to Integrations → Integrations

2. Find your Zoho Books integration

3. Click the Configure button

4. Update the settings and save

Removing the Integration

1. Go to Integrations → Integrations

2. Click Remove next to the Zoho Books integration

3. Confirm the removal

Previously fiscalized invoices are not affected.

Troubleshooting

Sync issues?

• Verify your Zoho Books connection details are correct

• Check that the integration status is Active

• Ensure your integration license is active and within its invoice limit

Delayed invoices?

• Depending on your integration tier, sync frequency varies — Growth and Scale tiers offer near real-time and real-time sync respectively

• Starter tier uses basic sync, which may have a short delay
